Health – Some Things Really Are New and Different
We’ve all seen ads screaming “New and Different!” The difference they’re talking about may not be visible to the naked eye, but apparently it’s enough to get excited about.
Well, I’m here to tell you my Moving to Health program is new and different, too, and the difference is huge-big enough to drive a truck through, in fact.
Standard health model
Right now, the standard health model is going to the doctor, giving a 2-minute run down of what’s going on and then doing whatever the doc says to do. The odds for success are not with you, but repeat and rinse anyway.
This reality has nothing to do with a doctor’s lack of desire to help patients, and everything to do with all the limitations put on doctors these days. Office visits are brief, and there’s no time for in-depth anything. All proffered solutions must be pharmaceutical; talk about nutrition or lifestyle can’t happen. Needed tests are often not allowed, and doctors can lose their medical licenses by ordering them. Medicare, many HMOs, etc. limit what drugs can be prescribed. Medical schools no longer teach all doctors need to know. And so on. And it’s getting worse by the day.
If the doctor can’t provide the help you need, who can? Have you looked in the mirror lately? Yeah, it’s you.
Well, now, right there’s a problem. We’ve never been taught about these things; how are we supposed to know?
That’s what I’m here for.
No, I don’t treat patients; I’m not a doctor, but I am a patient who researched her way out of a heap o’ trouble. A patient who fell in love with research and never stopped searching for answers.
I give you the information you need to treat yourself. I step you through information about how your body works, how to tell when it’s off-track and possible solutions-nutrition, diet, exercise, toxins to avoid, etc.
Symptoms are key
Symptoms are your key. Your body all but turns itself inside-out to provide the symptoms that tell you what’s going on, and you discover solutions by matching your symptoms with my information.
You have three advantages in dealing with your own health. First, you’re the only person your body talks to, and you’ll pick up health clues from things that never seemed important before. Second, nobody benefits more from your success than you do, which keeps you focused. Third, your body lets you know how much it appreciates your efforts.
When you heal symptoms step-by-step, by giving them the support your body needs, things start happening. Good things.
People tell me about wonderful improvements in their thyroid, adrenal and other endocrine problems. And I get reports of vastly improved autism, reversal of atrial fibrillation, the end of neuropathies, healing of interstitial cystitis, renewed energy, permanent healing of digestive dismay, etc.-health disasters with no pharmaceutical answers.
And you get answers to simple problems, too. Strong fingernails. Smooth skin on your heels. The loss of the bearded-lady look. A younger appearance. Etc. These changes may not be life-saving, but they sure are nice.
So why don’t I just tell you what to do? Because I can’t. What you need depends on the symptoms-large, small and in-between-resulting from your long and winding health journey. And that’s the part of the puzzle only you know. Moving to Health gives you the information you need to match solutions to symptoms, but only you know all the symptoms.
Body encourages you
The bigger the ditch you’re in, the more symptoms that need to be fixed, but since our bodies work step-by-step, that’s what we have to do, too. Stories about healing major problems easily and quick-as-a-wink should start with “Once upon a time” so we’d know.
Fortunately, as you go along, your body showers you with its thanks, encouraging you to keep up the good work. It took you long time to get into the ditch you’re in, and it’ll take a while to get completely out of it, but your body will be cheering you along as you go.
But my revolutionary approach to health doesn’t work for everybody. As the saying goes, “It will work if you work it,” but not everybody wants to make an effort in their own behalf. And that step-by-step business makes their socks sag.
I decided good health was worth fighting for, which turned out to be the truth, big and bold. According to doctors, I’m supposed to be dead, not singing and dancing and carrying on at a great rate. Oh, yes indeed!
You can do this-if you want to.
God is good,
